Information at the point of collectionEach form shows the required fields and links to this page. Requests sent from the website open your email client: data only reaches SKILLSYS when you send the email.
Data collectedForms may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, size of environment and a description of your needs. Technical security data may also be recorded, such as IP address, timestamps and the logs required to run the website.
PurposesAnswering requests · arranging a meeting or an assessment · preparing a commercial proposal · keeping the website secure and working · managing the client relationship once it has started.
Legal basesProcessing linked to an incoming request relies on pre-contractual measures requested by the person, or on SKILLSYS's legitimate interest in replying. Any separate marketing communication must rely on an appropriate legal basis and, where required, on consent.
Retention periodsRequests with no follow-up and unsuccessful applications: 24 months at most after the last exchange. Client data: duration of the contract, then as long as required by legal obligations and the defence of legal claims. Technical logs: limited to security and operational needs.
RecipientsData is only accessible to the SKILLSYS staff who need it to handle the request, run the website or keep it secure. It is never sold or rented.
ProcessorsThe website is hosted by SKILLSYS on its own infrastructure (PAR5 data centre); business email is the only third-party service involved. These providers act on SKILLSYS's instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
Transfers outside the EUThe website and its technical logs are hosted in France. SKILLSYS does not transfer data collected through the website outside the European Union; should a third-party tool ever require it, the transfer would be covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Your rightsYou can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, under the conditions set by law. You can also give instructions about what happens to your data after your death. Write to contact@skillsys.fr; we reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and trackersThis website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and embeds no social media plugins. Only elements strictly necessary for it to work and stay secure may be used; they do not require consent.
